How we keep your information safe.

When you work with us, you share things about your business. This page explains, in plain terms, how we look after that information, where it's stored, how long we keep it, who can see it, and the tools we use. Everything here is also written into the agreement we sign before a project starts.

Where your information lives.

01 · Where it's stored

Servers in Sydney, Australia

Your project data is stored on servers in Sydney, Australia.

02 · Who you're dealing with

One Hong Kong company

Signal Collective Ltd is a Hong Kong-registered company. The company you sign with is the same one that looks after your data.

03 · How long we keep it

Deleted once the work is done

We delete your project data after we hand over the finished work. We agree the exact timing with you before we start. The work itself, and the rights to it, are yours.

04 · The tools we rely on

A short list, shared on request

Cloudflare hosts this website, web3forms handles messages sent through our contact form, and Substack hosts our newsletter, Culture Flow. None of them hold your project data — that stays on the servers in Sydney described above. We're happy to share the full list if you'd like it.

Only the people working on your project.

01 · Everyone signs the same rules

Before they see anything

When we bring in a specialist for your project, they sign our confidentiality and data-handling agreement first. We stay responsible for how your information is handled.

02 · Your data stays in our systems

Scoped access, switched off at the end

Specialists only get access to the part of the project they're working on, inside our own systems. They don't copy your data onto personal devices or outside tools. When the work ends, their access is switched off.

03 · One named person per area

You always know who to go to

Each part of the project has one named person on our side who is responsible for it.

04 · Confidentiality

Mutual NDA on request

We're happy to sign a mutual NDA. Just ask.

It's all in the agreement.

01 · One clear agreement

Signed before we start

Before we start, we sign an agreement that covers the details — what we'll do, payment, who owns the work, confidentiality, how we handle your data, and how either side can end it. Your lawyer is welcome to read it first.

02 · You own the work

No ongoing licence

Once you've paid in full, everything we make for you is yours: the plans, the maps, the recommendations. No ongoing licence, no strings.

Want more detail before we start?

We're glad to share the full list of tools we use, and the agreement for your lawyer to read before you commit. The person who scopes your engagement is the person who runs it.
